  When will the next update be? on mobile if a chatbot is minimized. no buttons on the site can be pressed until the chatbot is opened and closed .. why is that?

  Is there no way clients can link whatsapp via QR?

  Yes, this bundle includes the SaaS module pre-installed.
  It also notifies Admin/User via email when users ask for a human hand-off.

  If someone requests to be transferred to a human agent, the AI will notify you via email so you can step in and take over the conversation. Until then, the AI will continue handling responses.
  
  Regarding your second point, the feature to automatically assign company employees for customer responses is not currently available. You will still need to manually intervene when necessary.
